Cassie is a passionate Human Resource professional, with over 13 years of experience across several industries, predominantly healthcare, engineering and not for profit.

While assisting organisations with all functions of the employee life-cycle, her area’s of expertise include, Position Design and Classification, Remuneration and Benefits, Change Management, Employee Engagement and Legislative Compliance.

In the knowledge that People are key to any organisations success, Cassie is committed to aligning the work of Human Resources to shape and execute organisational strategy and deliver business initiatives.

Outside of work Cassie enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, the beach and enjoying good food with friends.
