Claire Gangatharan

People & Capability Manager

Claire has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resource Management across several industries. She began her career in the Oil & Gas sector, working for Chevron Australia in a variety of specialist HR roles including Remuneration, Organisational Development, Talent Sourcing, and HR Systems. This was an incredible opportunity supporting the organisation’s rapid workforce growth during planning and construction of the Gorgon and Wheatstone projects. Claire spent a couple of years in Toronto, Canada working in HR and Administration roles, and upon returning to Perth she moved into the Professional Services industry. As an HR Advisor and Business Partner at mid-tier legal and accounting firms, she gained solid HR generalist experience and enjoyed the unique benefits and challenges of working in a partnership structure.

Claire is passionate about finding practical and effective HR solutions to help leverage your greatest asset – your people! She is interested in organisational culture and employee relations, and enjoys supporting leaders to develop their people management skills. Claire has designed and facilitated a number of bespoke learning and development programs and has a keen interest in HR analytics, enabling leaders to made data-driven HR decisions.
