Kristel's HR journey started in talent sourcing over 7 years ago and since then she has branched out into the generalist HR space, both academically and professionally. Kristel's adaptable nature has lead her to experience a range of industries over both commercial and not-for-profit businesses.

Kristel has experience in all functions of HR and is passionate about talent sourcing, improving workplace culture, understanding employee motivation and identifying and mitigating psychosocial risk.

Kristel is completing the last units of her double degree, Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource major) and Bachelor of Psychology so she doesn't have much free time currently but when she does she spends time with her family, friends and enjoys the beach.joys spending time with her family, shopping, the beach and enjoying good food with friends.
