Sally Sullivan
Principal - People & Capability
Sally is a true HR generalist with over 5 years HR experience and almost 2 years project delivery experience in the mining, engineering, and health industries. Whilst she has been involved in all aspects of the employee life-cycle, her experience is focused on providing accurate HR advice, undertaking performance management, negotiating industrial agreements and supporting daily people operations. Sally keeps up to date with relevant legislation and is passionate about understanding how legislation is interpreted. Holding Bachelor Degrees in Science and Commerce, Sally brings an analytical perspective and a methodical approach to any challenge.
Sally has a passion for people and has supported businesses to improve employee engagement, reduce turnover and work respectfully together. Her attributes include a proven track record of high performance and a knack for talking with people to find out their needs, and being able to provide a solution that satisfies both the business and the person.
Outside of work Sally enjoys playing tennis, watching her children play sports and spending time with her family.
