Operations Manager

Tamara provides business support to our Managing Director and oversees operational activities at all levels of the business, with a focus on process improvement, accounts and management of external stakeholders. She has over 20 years of experience in upholding high-impact process, planning & administrative support to business owners, senior management and their teams within the construction, resources (both Mining and Oil & Gas) and financial services industries.

Passionate to focus on a variety of high-level projects in support of organisational and executive-level goals. Discretion, integrity and initiative are Tamara’s key attributes.

In her downtime, you will most likely find Tamara near the ocean or somewhere immersed in nature with her family.
