Alex is an accomplished HR Specialist with over seven years of experience spanning industries such as oil and gas, aged care, and aviation.

With a strong academic foundation, he holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, complemented by specialised qualifications in change management and workplace investigations.

Alex excels in employee relations (ER) management, legislative interpretation and application, change management, organizational design, business partnering, and HR systems, bringing a strategic and people-focused approach to his work. His expertise in navigating complex workplace challenges enables him to drive effective solutions that support both business objectives and employee well-being.

Beyond his professional career, Alex has a passion for tennis coaching, where he enjoys mentoring players and fostering their development on and off the court. His enthusiasm for coaching reflects his broader commitment to leadership, growth, and teamwork - values that also define his approach to HR.
