Tanya possesses over 25 years of experience in crafting and leading high-performance HR strategies and teams. Her career reflects a unwavering commitment to values-driven leadership across diverse sectors, including Mining, Marine, Oil and Gas, Construction and Consulting.

Throughout her career, Tanya has designed and managed comprehensive HR functions spanning industrial relations, employee engagement, culture-building, recruitment, succession planning, learning and development, workplace wellness, and compensation strategies. Her strategic insight and expertise in HR, IR, and ER methodologies have driven impactful innovations, ensuring an optimal balance between organisational outcomes and a high return on investment.
