As a finalist, our Managing Director, Tanya Pavez and Principal People & Capability, Sally Sullivan, travelled to Sydney to attend the prestigious awards gala held at The Star, Sydney on 2nd May - one of the most celebrated events recognising excellence in small businesses across Australia.
We are so proud to share that from 8500 nominees, over 1500 exceptional finalists (16 across the Human Resources category), Magnetic People achieved the highest result and took home the win. The awards are judged by an independent expert panel who rigorously assess each entrant across a broad range of criteria including business strategy, growth, financial performance, innovation, customer service, eco-friendliness, and community contribution.
