Magnetic People Wins the 2022 Workplace Happiness Award!

On 12 November 2022, Magnetic People was honoured to be awarded the inaugural 2022 Workplace Happiness Award at a gala event at the Crown Ballroom, Perth. 

Facilitated by the Happiness Co, the Workplace Happiness Awards recognise organisations that have implemented strategies and policies that support workforce happiness and are dedicated to positively affecting employee wellbeing. Knowing that improving happiness is the best tactic to pre-emptively prevent poor mental health, the awards are a powerful endorsement that the finalists and award recipients are genuinely changing the health and safety of their employees and stakeholders. 

Joining Magnetic People as a finalist in the awards were Fortescue, Parkerville CYC, Willis Temby Insurance Brokers, Boardwalk Conveyancing, Bodhi Wellness Spa Retreat, Collar Group, ARCC Spaces and Lighthouse Legal. An independent panel with extensive experience in culture, happiness and wellbeing within a workplace setting judged nominees and allocated an overall score based on their workplace initiatives, events, programs and activations related to Workplace Happiness.

Building engaged, healthy and happy teams is at the core of everything we do here at Magnetic People. The panel of judges took this into account, along with our rollout of ongoing employee feedback initiatives to discover what makes people happy at work, mental health and understanding training, Mental Health First Aid training, Wellness Stations and more to recognise Magnetic People as the winner of the award.
