Winner of the Australian Women's Small Business Champion Awards 2024

Our team were delighted to be announced as a winner of the Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Awards 2024. Being a finalist, we were invited to the awards gala held in Sydney where the winners were announced. Tanya Pavez, Managing Director along with our Operations Manager Tamara Caygill, flew to Sydney for the biggest celebration for Women in Small Business at The Star Hotel Sydney on 24th August.

We are extremely proud to announce that out of 23 impressive finalists in the Specialised Small Business category, Magnetic People scored the highest result and were announced the winner. The award was comprehensively judged by an independent expert panel that considered various aspects of small business operations including each entrant's strategies, growth plans, financial performance, eco-friendliness, innovation, customer service quality and community support - to name but some of the judging criteria.
